Elena Estrada is the Business Development and Marketing Manager for the Madera County Economic Development Commission, where she leads strategic marketing and communications efforts that promote Madera County, and the Cities of Madera and Chowchilla as prime destinations for business growth and investment. She oversees branding, digital marketing, project management, and online platforms that showcase the county’s economic opportunities and business attraction.
With experience in digital marketing, social media strategy, website and graphic design, photography, branding, event planning, and visual storytelling, Ms. Estrada develops marketing campaigns that highlight economic development projects, elevate local businesses, and strengthen the visibility of Madera County’s communities.
Committed to advancing economic development through collaboration and innovation, Ms. Estrada serves on the Madera County Workforce Development Board’s Business Services Division and is an active member of the California Association for Local Economic Development (CALED). Through strategic communications and community engagement, she is dedicated to fostering opportunities that support the long-term economic success of Madera County.
